Summary 0000021: Feature request: idle trigger
Description It would be nice to have an event triggered by a specified time of "user inactivity". An application would be bubble help, or updating a thumbnail, or a screen saver.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information "user activity" would be all user input events, that is mouse and keyboard events. Is there an easy way to wait on all of these? For example, when a screen saver is active we'd want to wait for *any* user activity:

saveScreen
  <onTimeout: 60 for: #anyUserActivity>
  "triggered if #anyUserActivity is not sent for a period of 60 seconds"
  self displayScreenSaver.
  self waitUntil: #anyUserActivity
