Description Sometimes bad file names get into a Monticello repository. For example, my students seem to liek editing these names by hand. Monticello should not crash if this happens.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information I had a file named 'HigherOrderLists-KechengHW5.mcz' in my packiage cache,a nd couldn't bvrose the cache.
