Description |
Auto-indent is a "half-ass" solution to formatting that doesn't really save keystrokes in the end anyway.
This change-set adds a preference to turn on/off "autoIndent". The autoIndent feature still requires you to commingle, in your mind, semantics with formatting.
I prefer to "type-like-crazy" and have my code be left justified so I can easily see what changes I've made to the method. Then format the entire method with one-click (or hot-key) after I'm done.
