0001094: "fileIn entire file" fails
if you view a file i.e. "file..." and then click on "fileIn entire file"
from the context menu, it fails

Certainly works ok with multi-megabyte file in 4.4 on OS X. There isn't really enough info here to get much of a clue as to what went wrong all those years ago, except to say that a ByteString shouldn't have been the receiver for that #fullName message.
