Summary: 0001570: clicking on title bar or any field of CWindow pushes the CWindow to the rear

w1 _ CWindow new.
w2 _ CWindow new.

w1 open.
w2 open.

w1 label: 'w1'; position: 10@10. /> w2 label: 'w2'; position: 40@40. /> ------------------------

click on the title bar of w2,
w2 moves behind w1.

strangely this is not always consistent;
it seems to be history-dependant,
but i haven't figured out quite what the cause is.

it *may* happen when you arrange the windows such that (say) w1 is behind w2, and w1's title bar is behind the body of w2. Then click on the body of w2 over the (occluded) title bar of w1.

.. at least, that's triggered it 4 times in a row for me.

it also seems that any input field in the window(s) produces the same behavior as the menu bar.
