0003533: [Enh] Targetsighting menu items want to use a target sight as a cursor.
Currently target sighting menu items use a cross hair cursor when choosing their target point. As originally concieved they were to use a special target cursor.
The attached change set (along with the enhancement in 0003532) allows that to happen.

FromUserWithCursor-wiz.1.cs
must be in the image before
UseSightTargetCursor-wiz.1.cs
    will make sense.

FromUserWithCursor-wiz.1.cs is the enhancement proposed in 0003532
which is in the graphics department whereas UseSightTargetCursor-wiz.1.cs falls under morphic.

UseSightTargetCursor-wiz.2.cs

which is the fix that needs to be included post 7042 to make target sighting use its target cursor.

Andreas has updated the Graphics package with a variant of FromUserWithCursor-wiz.1.cs so that's already done.

The other files should be ignored.
FromUserWithCursor-wiz.3.cs is a misnamed version of UseSight...
and the first file UseSightTargetCursor-wiz.1.cs unfortunately contains the Insidious Postscripts (see Mantis 0004245 for the latest on that bug.)

This is a completion of the work started with the target sighting fixes.

The pieces belonged not only to the morphic package but also to the graphics package. The delays of getting to signoffs and the dependance on the graphic code being there before the last piece of morphic code could go in without generating a DNU is what has lead to a piecemeal process of getting the whole conception into the image.

Yours in service, --Jerome Peace
