Summary:	0006926: Small MC patch to prevent locking UI while opening MC package
Description:	My MC is Monticello-ar.292 It changes only a single method, so i think its can be incorporated in all existing MC versions easily. In addition, i think it's should be relatively easy to do the same for repository browsing tool. - in repository browser, when you clicking on package in the list, it could take a while until package will be downloaded and it's info is shown. Currently when you clicking, UI is locking! As a patch, download should be performed in background and then update UI after finishing.
