Summary | 0001598: [enh] CInputFieldWithReset | |||||||||||
Description |
CInputFieldWithReset orion elenzil 20050702 CITRIS Just like a CInputField except that it latches the first non-nil value to come in via #value:, and can reset to that value later. Useful for say property editing dialogs which are initialized with some initial values that the user might like to go back to. Compatible with the CInputValidator system. Note there is some weirdness with discrepencies between what is actually displayed in a CInputField and what is returned by #value, but hopefully those won't rear their heads at all, and if they do, they will be cute, charming, and easily consolable little heads. Not ugly at all. Note also i have only tested this with Numeric values, but it should work fine w/ text also. |
