|Summary||0001817: in 6693 some errors that throw up the warning window also trigger syntax error messages.|
I'm afraid this inital description is a little vague.
In the process of programming when I get an error window occassionally the compiler will also report a syntax error in a core routine.
When the routine is looked at the error isn't really there.
E.G. the compiler will complain of unmatched double quotes but the routine it is talking about has all the quotes in place and the compiler is loosing track of what is supposed to be in the code.
I'm sorry to be vague on this. These symptons point to something very basic getting mucked. The byte codes are not being read properly and the most likely pattern this matches is a stack not being maintained properly.
It seemed important to give the head's up.
