Summary

0005233: Move TTCFont and friends to graphics package

Description

Fonts aren't part of m17n they are part of the core rendering facilities. The current (3.9) font classes in the multilingual category also lack critical fixes that I've posted in Croquet, TinLizzie, Tweak and wherever else images.
