Summary | 0006981: Process>>terminate is not thread safe | |||||||||||
Description |
I have found occasion problems with termination of a process, in particular, the suspendedContext becomes nil after the nil check leading to a MNU on #bottomContext. Curiously, the terminating process is of a higher priority then the process being terminated, though potentially possible that two processes may be terminating the given process. Seeing as process are so fundamental, perhaps some form of mutual exclusion would be appropriate. Sorry that I have no simple code snippet to demonstrate at present. |
