0007066: Fixes ready to go into the next squeak alpha release (3.11 ???)

Description

This is a to do list for harvesters of the next release in the alpha stage.

Additional Information

It is meant for fixes/enhancements that are "done" but considered out of scope for 3.10.1 (which is essentially a bug fix beta for 3.10).

Note to ken it might be good to add to Product Versions options for:
"Current beta"
"Future alpha"

etc.
