0007132: CompiledMethod markers backport

Description

As of 3.9, CompiledMethod gained several simple methods for testing, such as isAbstract, which answer whether the method is marked as subclassResponsibility or shouldNotImplement. These are useful, and so I packaged them up

Additional Information

Omnibrowser uses these methods to display its icons, and Croquet is missing them
