Macintosh Cocoa 32/64 bit VM rewrite issues.

-dropping image onto VM does not load it
* the project mime type should be application/x-squeak-project (it's missing the "x-")
* loading a JPG crashes
* 16 bit Big Endian display is garbled, only 32 BE works, everything else freezes or crashes
* keyboard does not work on 10.5.x until you tap return key

 shift + arrow keys do not seem to work in editors/workspaces
This is a bug
This is FIXED in beta 4

In Pharo:
2. You get a ? glyph
3. Pastes an Ω sign.

Actually in the current version of Pharo you get a
∑
what is shown is dependent on the font used. Currently the cocoa VM doesn't load the freetype plugin need for freetype fonts so you fall back to bitmap fonts which incorrectly show the value for example it shows the '?' However on the copy/paste to text edit you get the proper character. Inspecting the value when you copy from textedit shows the proper unicode value which doesn't render properly due to the font issue
